Soroptimist International Australia
Soroptimist International is a world wide organisation of women working together to transform the lives of women and girls. Our Vision is of a world where human rights are respected and where all women and girls can reach their fullest potential. Family Violence is a serious barrier to the fulfilment of this Vision. Soroptimist International seeks to be a Global Voice for Women and works through a process of Awareness, Advocacy and Action. The Rosie Batty Roadshow is part of an Australia-wide campaign run by Soroptimist International Australia to end family violence which has many approaches ranging from public awareness and education programmes to supporting victims.
