Who are they?
Women's Agenda Select Employer is here to provide you with the information you need to choose the career you want.
Together with our Select Employer partners, we will outline the workplace incentives available for women at some of Australia's largest employers.
We have identified ten key gender diversity policies and incentives necessary from employers for helping women who wish to take control their careers. These include strong flexible work options, paid parental leave, sponsorship programs and visible female leaders.
Our Select Employer partners must address at least six of these ten criteria.
Select Employer will keep you up-to-date on jobs available at our partner organisations, as well as their gender diversity initiatives, progress on seeing more women excel within their workforces, and profiles on leading and inspiring women these organisations employ.
