ActionAid Australia has launched the Strong Women Challenge, a 21 day strength building program that raises funds for women leaders around the world, including those facing natural disasters, whilst also building up your strength.
Led by celebrity fitness trainer Ali Cavill, the challenge is to complete an exercise every day for 21 days, testing your strength both physically and mentally.
Money raised will help ActionAid Australia support women leaders around the world, including those on the frontlines of emergency response. By doing a daily physical challenge (and the occasional inner strength challenge) and sharing your experience online with friends and family, you will come out feeling stronger while also standing in solidarity with incredible women leaders responding to emergencies.
