Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Program- July- Nov 2019

Leadership 673 Bourke St, Donkey Wheel House, Melbourne

  • Are you an emerging female leader?
  • Do you want to maximise your impact and influence, and drive change? Are you ready for the next step in your career?
  • Are you looking for a leadership program with a difference?

Yes? Then go WILD!

Women in Leadership Development (WILD) is a program with difference. Unlike some other programs, WILD does not ‘fix’ women, because women don’t need fixing. Rather WILD is an opportunity to look at the challenges of leadership through a gender lens to further develop your leadership skills and find your unique voice!

Built on an awarding-winning format, WILD will both challenge you and build your confidence, while connecting you to a network of peers that will sustain and guide you, on the program and beyond.

Are you an emerging leader, preparing to step into your next role, or have you recently moved into a people leadership role? Then this course is for you.

Run over four months, WILD includes a pre-program diagnostic, two coaching sessions, and five face-to-face workshops in Melbourne between late July and November.

  • Personal leadership style
  • Leading with purpose
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Impact and influence
  • Breakthrough conversations
  • Leading change
  • Reflective practice and mindfulness
