Foundations of Intentional Leadership supports the transition from a skilled technical specialist to new management professional and intentional leader. The program is a foundation piece that will equip you the core skills to take the first step into management with confidence and accelerate your career progression.
This program is a 12-week blended program combining face-to-face learning, online study and leadership coaching, followed by 4-months of one-on-one mentoring. The learning experience is embedded with practical workplace projects to develop your real-world applied professional skills.
The program accepts up to only 16 learners in each cohort for intimate and interactive face-to-face sessions, with more opportunities for individual learner success.
In each location, Foundations of Intentional Leadership will be facilitated by highly-credentialed management experts who will guide learners with their experience, knowledge and passion for leadership.
Moving up the career ladder into a managerial role should be an exciting time. But for many professionals this transition may be met with fear and a sense of overwhelming responsibility.
With the promotion comes the responsibility to lead and manage a team effectively. They must transition from doing work to getting work done through others. A clear shift from delivery to direction which can be met with some difficulty and stress without any formal management support. These “accidental managers” are left to sink or swim.
