Women's Agenda Leadership Awards are now open for 2019

Nominations are OPEN for the 2019 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards

It’s on! Nominations are now open for the 2019 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards, which celebrate emerging female leaders across a number of different industries, as well as the change makers and agenda setters who are shifting the status quo in Australia.

See the list of categories below, or visit our awards website.

With the help of our sponsors, including our diamond sponsor Charles Sturt University, we’ll be bringing the finalists together over two days and announcing the winners on the 12th and 13th September. We’re also able to keep entry to these awards FREE.

These awards celebrate leadership demonstrated over the past 18 months, from 1 January 2018 to June 2019. (This is extended to three years for Entrepreneurs).

In the emerging categories, we are looking for the household leadership names of tomorrow, while the Agenda Setter category is open to both emerging and established female leaders.

This year, we’re pushing for everyone to nominate a woman they believe should be considered for these awards, and for women to nominate themselves.

We ask that friends, colleagues and family members who can see a talented emerging female leader across any of the categories that we have open, nominate them for an  award, regardless of their age, job title, level of experience or background.

But, we also encourage women to feel comfortable about nominating themselves AND each other. When selecting finalists, there is no preference given to those who nominate themselves or not.

We have an incredible line up of judges ready to meet our finalists, including our judging panel chair Shirley Chowdhary, CEO of the GO Foundation.

So get nominating! Go to the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards website to check out the judging process and criteria, or nominate via the categories below.

Thank you to our award sponsors including Charles Sturt University, ANZSOG, SEEK, Uber, Accor Hotels, NNT Workwear and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
