Dr Mihajla Gaving and Dr Ruth Weatherall

Dr Mihajla Gavin is Senior Lecturer in the Management Department at UTS Business School. She is currently researching workplace responses to family and domestic violence, including implementation of family and domestic violence leave and Dr Ruth Weatherall is Senior Lecturer at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. Her research focuses on documenting, sharing and critiquing social justice practices in organisations.
