Dr Rachel Matthews

Dr Rachel Matthews is a Melbourne author, lecturer and teacher working with vulnerable youth in Victoria's largest government school. Her 2017 novel, Siren, was part of a PhD at Victoria University exploring sexual violence in Australian football. Never Look Desperate, her third novel, is featured in the Guardian's Best New Australian books.
