We all get them.
As life gets busier especially leading up to Christmas, our general health can take a downward slide.
Overindulging at this time of year can be difficult to avoid as the party season gets into full swing and the temptation to eat and drink becomes irresistable.
So it’s a new year and it’s time to make some resolutions.
Moving house? Going overseas for a year? Taking a new job interstate? It’s exciting to start afresh, begin again somewhere new, however… when it comes to your health you will be at a disadvantage if you don’t have some record of where you’ve been.
Ok – so everybody knows you should keep your weight under control, maintain a healthy blood pressure and watch your cholesterol.
In health, as in many areas of life recognising a problem early and being able to start the appropriate treatment straight away can make an enormous difference.
