Trish Low

Trish Low is a senior employment lawyer and workplace consultant, with specialist expertise in equal opportunity law. She works with clients to provide tailored advice, support and training on diversity and employment law issues. Trish spent more than 15 years at global top tier law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, advising leading organisations in the private, public and not for profit sectors on complex equal opportunity and employee relations issues - and 4 years leading the firm’s Australian equal opportunity law and training practice. Trish is passionate about social justice, diversity, inclusion and equality. She lives in Melbourne with her husband and their three young children.
