RMIT and Professionals Australia are bringing together IT leaders, managers, technical specialists and recruiters to explore how roles, skills and career pathways will change over the next 10 to 15 years.
We’ll get practical about what employers will need from early-career, mid-career and senior IT professionals, which human skills will matter more as AI grows, and how Australia can build secure, trustworthy technology and better pathways into ICT careers.
