Carina Garland
Carina Garland is the Labor candidate for the Liberal-held seat of Chisholm.
Garland graduated from Monash University with an Honours degree in English Literature, and undertook a PhD at the University of Sydney.
Her professional background is in academia and says she has dedicated her professional life advocating for better conditions for workers.
Garland is standing on the policy platform of the Labor Party, and is particularly interested in secure jobs, affordable childcare, Medicare and more investment in renewables.
