Celia Hammond is the current member for the seat of Curtin.


Hammond was first elected in 2019, succeeding the retiring former foreign minister Julie Bishop.


She was the Vice Chancellor of the University of Notre Dame. Earlier in her career, she was a founding staff member of the University’s Fremantle Law school.


She is standing on the Liberal Party’s policy platform.
