Dr. Rachel Swift is the liberal candidate in the marginal Liberal-held seat of Boothby.

Dr. Swift is replacing outgoing MP Nicolle Flint, who is retiring from politics.


Dr. Swift has had an international career in health and business, and has completed a doctorate in Clinical Medicine at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. She worked with the UN Ebola response team in 2014, gaining first hand experience in managing a pandemic.


Dr. Swift has also had a business career with the Boston Consulting Group, and has since launched her own healthcare consultancy firm in South Australia.

Dr. Swift is standing on the policy platform of the Coalition.
