Dr Sarah Russell
Dr Sarah Russell is an independent candidate for the Liberal-held seat of Flinders.
Dr Russell is a public health researcher and director of Aged Care Matters.
She has a background in nursing, and her work has focused on public health, mental health, ethics and aged care.
She was selected by the community group Voices of Mornington Peninsula as the electorate’s “community-backed” independent candidate.
Her policy platform includes transparency and accountability in politics, climate action, environment, aged care, housing, and others.
