Jennifer Cox
Jennifer Cox is the Greens candidate in the Katter Australian Party-held seat of Kennedy.
Cox is from the Atherton Tablelands and met her husband at Atherton High.
She has spent her professional career working for large companies and learnt that workers are too often expected to give more of themselves for less and less in return.
She is opposed to the privatisation and corporatisation of government and says traditional parties have left electorates like Kennedy behind.
Cox is standing on the Greens’ policy platform.
