Jo Dyer

Jo Dyer

Seat: Boothby
Jo Dyer is an independent candidate in the marginal Liberal-held seat of Boothby.

Dyer is the community endorsed ‘Voices Of Boothby’ candidate, and rose to national prominence in 2021 as an advocate for her late friend Kate, who had levelled rape allegations against Morrison government minister, Christian Porter.

Dyer believes the two-party system no longer serves Australians, and decided to run as an independent candidate. She is interested in pursuing the implementation of a federal integrity commission, and advocating for greater climate action, among other policies.
