Joanne Ryan
Joanne Ryan is the current Labor member for the seat of Lalor.
She was first elected to parliament in 2013, and was a teacher and school principal before that. She is currently the Opposition Whip in the House of Representatives.
Ryan says she is committed to the Lalor region, and values fairness. She wants to ensure growth areas like Wyndham get the funding and opportunities they need to be successful.
She is standing on the Labor Party’s policy platform.
