Kristy McSweeney
Kristy McSweeney is the Liberal candidate in the Liberal-held seat of Swan, replacing retiring MP Steve Irons, who has represented the electorate since 2007.
McSweeney has worked as a journalist and media commentator and is the owner of a public affairs firm. She has also worked in government roles, as advisors to ministers and premiers. She is a regular commentator on Sky News and has a Bachelor of Communications from Edith Cowan University.
She is standing on the policy platform of the Morrison government.
