Gilbard operates a small business as a BAS Agent and accounting software specialist, and is passionate about protecting animals. Gilbard is part of the “food revolution” that helps to cease harming animals and provide healthy food for future generations.

She is also concerned about the impact of climate change on animals and people, and advocates for a swift transition away to clean energy.
