Rosa Hillam
Rosa Hillam is the Greens candidate in the Liberal-held seat of Barker.
Hillam has spent most of her working life on the land as farm hand, picker, jillaroo and also spent 15 years in the dairy industry. She has worked as an advocate to save the Murray Darling Bason as a Healthy Rivers Ambassador and River Fellow, and is concerned about water security. She is also a visual artist.
Her policy areas include protecting the Murray River, increasing funding for healthcare and domestic violence services, and funding for public schools, hospitals, roads, and retaining young people in communities.
