Employees at graphic design company Canva are set to benefit from a new partnership with BubbaDesk, a co-working space with onsite childcare services.
The collaboration between the two companies will see Canva employees in Australia receive discounts on BubbaDesk memberships in a bid to support parents in managing their family life and professional work.
BubbaDesk is one of the first co-working spaces in Australia with onsite childcare. It was founded by Lauren Perrett in 2022 to provide families and parents with a flexible, family-friendly solution to improve work-life balance.
BubbaDesk’s model offers onsite nannying services, modern playing and learning facilities, as well as hot desks and private call spaces for working parents.
The partnership with Canva is designed to redefine the traditional work model and support parents as they juggle caring for children and their careers.

The exclusive partnership will see Canva employees entitled to a 10 per cent discount on subscription memberships to BubbaDesk, plus a two-for-one benefit on casual packs.
For BubbaDesk, the partnership coincides with the confirmed opening of two new locations in the Inner West of Sydney and in Brisbane.
Other centres are already operating in St Leonards, Erina, Caringbah and Wollongong. BubbaDesk is also currently in the process of a significant Series B raise.

Since its launch, BubbaDesk had interest from over 3000 families, with hundreds already actively using the service.
