Women starting and building businesses have contended with all of this and more, given existing gender gaps they must also contend with — such as the gender pay gap, leadership gaps and taking on more of the unpaid care and domestic work — women starting and building businesses have.
There is also a significant gender gap in investment between male and female founders.
So how women in business navigated these crises? What more needs to be done to better support such founders and business owners in Australia, and what do we need to know on what this business segment offers the country?
