Nominations for the 2023 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards are now open

Leadership Awards

It’s that time again! We’re so excited to be launching nominations for the 2023 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards to celebrate the force of women’s leadership in this critical decade.

We’ve got a range of categories in the mix this year that reflect some of the key areas we’ve been covering daily on Women’s Agenda, and want to bring more attention to. We’re always looking at ways to celebrate women’s leadership, especially where it demonstrates inclusivity, innovation and growth.

You can nominate a leader, or enter yourself on our awards website here.

This year, our theme is integrity, asking how nominees have demonstrated their values and principles in the face of tough challenges. This could range from everyday workplace issues and matters affecting their teams, to macro challenges like the cost of living, climate change, natural disasters and other changes facing their industry.

New categories include Emerging Leader in Climate and Sustainability, and Employer Initiative of the Year that will be awarded to the employer that can best demonstrate an initiative supporting women’s leadership.

We’re also bringing you the Small Business Leader of the Year category supported by the Commonwealth Bank, as well as Emerging Leader categories in a range of sectors including Health, Science, Tech, the Private sector and Not-for-profit. We also have the annual Agenda Setter supported by MECCA M-Power, plus the Emerging Entreprenur of the Year. Check out all the categories here.

Finalists for the 2023 awards will face a line up of brilliant judges – a group of established leaders across industries. We’ll be announcing the full list of judges in the coming weeks.

Women’s Agenda is delighted to reveal that our awards ceremony, to be held in Melbourne on October 13, will be hosted by comedian Kirsty Webeck, with a special keynote address from Professor Megan Davis.

Know a brilliant woman doing exceptional things? Maybe it’s you. You can nominate her here.
