The role has been vacant since September last year and Squillace will commence in the position this September.
She joins Carat from Spark Foundry where she has held several leadership roles, including as CEO since 2017.

The CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network, Henry Tajer, to whom Squillace will report released a statement praising her appointment as ‘fantastic’.
