We’re surveying women to find out about their ambitions for the next two years and what kind of hurdles could be getting in the way.
We’re on the final stretch, and seeking just 100 more responses to hit our target and share the findings.
Individual responses are confidential. The data will be collated to present a major, free report to employers and policymakers to offer an overview of what women are striving to achieve — as well as the hurdles that are getting in the way.
This report follows our 2017 report, which offered some valuable insights to employers looking to the incentives and programs they can offer to better support and attract staff.
Through our 2017 research, we learnt about some of the challenges prohibiting women from achieving the success they’re after, and found some concerning trends in the data. We have frequently shared some of the headline results in our stories and with the media, and took the information to corporates and employers all over Australia in the hope they would do more to support those in their organisations get ahead more easily.
That’s why we’re doing it all again in 2019.
We’ve partnered with AGSM, at the business school of the University of NSW for this research and look forward to launching the results with them in late February 2019.
