Drakousis has twenty-five years of experience in the financial services sector in both a local and international capacity. She has spent ten years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, in several Executive General Manager Human Resources roles.
In her new role at Allianz Australia, she will lead all aspects of human resource function, including recruitment and talent management, learning and organisational development, compensation and benefits and business partnering.
Previously, she has held senior HR roles at State Street, with an international focus. She brings to Allianz extensive expertise working across cultures.
She also holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Organisational Development from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Allianz Managing Director, Richard Feledy is excited for her to come on board the team.

“Her considerable knowledge and experience will be instrumental as we continue to deliver results for our employees and customers in this rapidly changing business environment.”
