Our two-minute, anonymous survey.
While we’re not done with 2014 just yet, it’s already time to start planning for the year ahead.
On Women’s Agenda, we want to know what you really need in 2015 in order to get the career and life you want.
Is it simply a new job? A new industry? Or perhaps a whole new career?
Is it more opportunities at work — to actually, FINALLY, get the recognition you deserve from your superiors?
Or is it that your require more balance, and therefore a shift in your career that could help — less hours, more flexibility, more time to do the things you need and want to do outside of work.
And what tools do you need in order to make your 2015 career ambitions happens?
A mentor? Sponsor? Coaching? Is it addition training?
Better childcare? More parental leave? More policies and initiatives that support women’s workforce participation? Do you need to see more leaders at the top to believe you too can get ahead?
We want to know!
So if you can spare two minutes, fill out our anonymous survey and let us know.
We’ve got five copies of Angela Priestley’s book, Women Who Seize the Moment, to give away.
It takes no more than two minutes and your answers are anonymous.
