The Senate inquiry on menopause and perimenopause continues in Canberra today, amid calls for paid reproductive leave.

Secretary of the Australian Council of Trade Unions Sally McManus said John Setka “hates my guts”, after her organisation suspended the CFMEU.

The calls are growing strong. Could we finally get real paid parental leave that will make the difference we need on shared care?

On Thursday the ACTU secretary Sally McManus publicly called on the CFMEU’s John Setka to resign in the interests of the union movement.

The ACTU says 61 per cent of women who have completed their survey have been sexually harassed at work, but less than half reported the incident.
