Australian Institute of Company Directors

It’s been a very, very long time coming, but the proportion of women on the boards of ASX 200 listed entities has finally hit the 30 per cent mark. 

The Australian Institute of Company Directors has revealed that, as at the end of June 2019, women represented 29.7 per cent of directors on ASX 200 boards.
