Business Chicks founder Emma Isaacs has announced Business Chicks is scaling down in a bid to “keep the brand alive”, with a number of team members made redundant.

Business Chicks is planning its next phase of growth under the leadership of Gemma O’Neill (nee Fordham), who is set to take the reins as CEO next month.

Despite having no formal education, Dr Tererai Trent wrote her dreams down with the words she learnt from her brother’s schoolbooks.

Emma Isaacs acquired the then little-known Business Chicks when she was just 26.
