I realised something quite telling recently: each job I’ve had during my corporate career, I’ve secured through the ‘hidden job market’. 

If I could turn back time, here are the eight pieces of advice I would swear by from day dot to build a purpose-led career.

Busyness is not a marker of success, especially when it leads to overwhelm. Instead, focus on building your career currency.
