Australia has smashed a 10-year world record in the women’s 4x200m freestyle relay final at the FINA World Swimming Championships in South Korea.

With a swim for the ages, Ariarne Titmus became the new 400m freestyle world champion, the Southern Stars retained the Ashes & the Diamonds lost to NZ.
