There seems to be a bit of confusion in the Minns family, after Premier Chris Minns’ uncle told his staff in the NSW Ministry of Health that flexible work arrangements are “not changed” by the Premier’s announcement earlier in the week.

The NSW government has issued a new directive to employees in the sector to work mostly from the office, moving away from work from home.

It seems some form of hybrid work is here to stay, but the conversation remains open as to what exactly that should look like. 

The Amazon CEO is probably sure that it’s probably not going to work out for employees rejecting the return to the office mandate.
