sexism in the workplace

The good majority of Australian women believe there is ‘a lot’ or at least ‘some’ sexism and discrimination against women in workplaces, the media, politics and advertising, according to the latest Essential Research data.

Last week while visiting the Tate Modern in London, I pondered a poster by feminist group Guerilla Girls  —  “The Advantages of Being a Woman Artist“ — and chuckled along with it.

It’s quite extraordinary how far women have managed to come in the professional world without really knowing how to do things properly.
