2026 Women's Health & Wellbeing lineup announced

Women’s Health & Wellbeing Summit 2026 returns to Sydney with focus on longevity, AI, change-making and the future of women’s health

Returning for its third year, Women’s Agenda’s Women’s Health & Wellbeing Summit will gather an inspiring line-up of leaders to explore the most urgent issues of our time, including heart health and dementia, caregiving and motherhood, longevity, the rise of GLP-1s and the impact of AI on health technology.

With this year’s leadership theme, Women have the answers, audiences can look forward to a packed day of insightful, rigorous conversations aimed to broaden perspectives and deepen understanding of today’s critical topics.

Taking place on Tuesday 1  September in Sydney, this year’s summit includes three incredible keynote speakers including Labor MP and disability advocate, Ali France, Noongar storyteller Brooke Blurton and breast cancer survivor and business-owner, Kristal Kinsela.

MC’d by Dr Kate Adams, the summit will present several panels featuring industry experts and leading spokespeople like Dr Clara Chow, Dr Fatima Khan, Dr Angela Kwong, Dr Helen Frazer and Dr Talat Uppal.

Other guests include Ruth Limkin, founder of The Banyans Healthcare, First Nations maternal health CEO, Evie Wood, health advocate, Yemi Penn, Group Medical Director, Shona Sundaraj, CEO of Violet, Melissa Reader and health tech founder, Grace Toombs.

And, for the first time ever, we will be hosting a conversation about the state of healthy masculinity today. What does it mean to be a good man and raise healthy boys? What does true support look like for men, and why does it matter in the context of ending men’s violence toward women in Australia?

The panel will feature Matt Johnson, host of Two Doting Dads, former Socceroo and human rights activist Craig Foster and academic Steven Roberts, whose research focuses on young masculinities in education and youth culture.

And because we value healthy bodies and minds, this year’s program will begin with a morning Pilates session led by Angela Davies, founder of wellbeing facilitating company, Mind Your Grit

More speakers to be announced.

Thanks to our headline sponsor this year Tasmanian Walking Company, for making this summit possible.

Thanks too to our support partners PCYC NSW, Medibank, The Foundation of Alcohol Research & Education (FARE) and the NSW and Commonwealth Government.
