It’s time to try nude nails

Today, I want you to go nude. Nude when it comes to nails, that is! Because pale nails are anything but plain. Especially when your beauty or fashion look it a little more colourful, as tends to be the case in summer. The other benefits of nude nails, other than avoiding a colour clash with your outfit of choice, is that it can make you fingers appear thinner and longer, and works for almost any occasion.

So, the only thing left to do is find the shade that works best for you.

Pale toned skin
Pale skin looks best against pale nudes with just a hint of pink. Try the Jacqueline Burchell in SkinDeep for a slightly darker nude that won’t overpower your peachy tones.

Medium toned skin
Medium toned skin looks great with a nude that incorporates a little bit of a latte shade. Butter LONDON Tea with the Queen Lacquer is a lovely tone of tan.

Dark toned skin
Darker skin looks amazing with richer nudes that contain a slight taupe touch. Try the Butter LONDON All Hail the Queen — a deeper taupe tan with a slight shimmer for those that can’t bear to go totally nude, but is still safe for work.
