Entrants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to enter:
- You must be a woman who is living in Australia – with the exception of the Champion of Change Award in which men are invited to also enter.
- You are not an employee of Private Media, or an Awards judge
The NAB Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards (“Awards”) are conducted by Private Media, ABN 11 102 933 362 of Level 6, 22 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
1. By entering these Awards:
a. You agree that you have the capacity to enter the Awards
b. You agree to the Terms and Conditions on how to enter the Awards.
c. The Term commences when you submit an entry into the Awards, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and ends on 31 October 2015
2. In order to enter the Awards and be eligible to win, you must:
a. Comply with the Terms; and
b. Submit your entry online by midnight, Australian Eastern Standard Time, on 10 January 2015
3. Private Media reserves the right to declare any entry ineligible if, during the Term, in the reasonable option of Private Media:
a. You are considered unable to represent or promote the Awards in a satisfactory manner; or
b. You have not complied with these Terms or your entry form is incomplete; or
c. Information provided by you is deficient, false or misleading in any way
4. The Awards comprise the following ten categories: – Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year – Emerging Leader in the Private Sector – Emerging Leader in the Public Sector – Emerging Leader in the Not-for-profit Sector – The Agenda Setter – Regional/Rural Entrepreneur or Manager of the Year – Mentor of the Year Award – Male or Female Change Champion of the Year – Hall of Fame entrant – Finalists in each of the Award categories will be eligible to win that Award. The Hall of Fame entrant is selected separately from the judging process
5. Award entrants give Private Media and its partners permission to market products and services to you as they see fit during the Term
6. You agree to be available to assist in publicising the Awards as required by Private Media and any other partners, unless in exceptional circumstances, with Private Media’s agreement
7. During the Term, Private Media or the Awards sponsors may use:
a. Your personal identity in any advertisement or other material in any media which promotes the Awards or the products or services of Private Media, or any Sponsors
b. By entering the Awards you agree to allow Private Media and the Sponsors to contact you to provide comments about the Awards and to take photos or video footage of you which Private Media may use for their future promotional and marketing purposes
8. At any time during the Term, Private Media reserves the right the disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms
9. If you, or your business, is involved in any conduct that is:
a. Illegal
b. Fraudulent
c. May harm the Awards, Private Media, or their name or reputation; or
d. Breaches these Terms Private Media may, at its discretion, withdraw any award or associated prizes that you have received. If requested by Private Media, you agree to no longer publically promote yourself or your business (if relevant) as being associated with the Awards, Private Media or the Sponsors
10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. Private Media accepts no responsibility for entries not received by Private Media for any reason
12. All entry submissions are the property of Private Media 13. Private Media, at their sole discretion, have the right to alter or cancel part or all of the Awards at any time
14. If you wish to gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by Private Media or withdraw your consent to receive further marketing material from Private Media about their products or services, you may do so by contacting:

Private Media Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions:
- You must PRINT your ticket PRIOR to attending the event and show it to gain entry to the event.
- Tampering, making copies, reselling or otherwise making unauthorized use of the ticket will lead to refusing entry and/or legal action.
- Private Media reserves the right to charge a fee for replacing lost or stolen tickets.
- Please choose wisely, as tickets are non-refundable.
- Private Media accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information or material accessed through the web site.
- Event details are subject to change without prior notice.
- Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
